Nourish + Restore Yourself Postpartum

Inspired by ‘Zuo Yue Zi’ - a traditional Chinese postpartum practice that deeply nourishes and restores the new mother, Casey offers in-home postpartum care across five weeks.

Care is focused on the mother and includes nourishing foods, herbal tonics, bodywork and 1:1 support.

A biological need, rather than a privilege - every woman deserves postpartum support to help bring her body into balance, support bonding with her baby, and reduce the risk of postpartum depletion.

Servicing Gold Coast and Northern NSW.

The first 42 days postpartum set the foundations for the next 42 years of your life.
