Abdominal Womb Massage | Moxibustion | Rebozo

Nourishing bodywork for women that combines womb massage and moxibustion. With a focus on warming the abdomen and pelvic bowl, this massage supports menstrual cycle imbalances, fertility and postpartum.

Maya abdominal womb massage is a traditional technique from the mayans that focuses on restoring the ‘heart of the stomach’- bringing it back into its rightful centre place of the belly. This massage helps to move physical stagnation as well as energetic, and is traditionally used to support cycle imbalances and the postpartum period.

Moxibustion is a traditional eastern warming therapy. In these sessions, Moxa is used to help ‘warm the womb’ and increase circulation, helping to disperse cold and bring back vitality to the womb space.

These sessions are supportive for menstrual cycle imbalances, fertility and conception support, postpartum care, perimenopause and menopause symptoms, digestive health, healing after miscarriage or abortion and reconnecting to your womb.

*Please note, massage is not able to be given during active menstruation, with an IUD, pregnancy or soon after surgery.

  • “Casey has such a gentle, intuitive and healing touch. The space she held for me felt so sacred and so deep and her hands always spent time in the places that my body needed the most. Her wisdom, knowledge and passion for womb and herbs has really helped me on my cyclical journey and returning to my feminine essence. I highly recommend her to all women to book in and receive this Womb medicine.”

  • “During the session I felt very relaxed and was able to surrender knowing I was in great hands with Casey being so skilled, calm & intuitive. I loved how she guided me throughout the session with breathing, visualisation and sound. The pressure of massage was great and I could feel the tension in my body easing in my glutes, poses and abdominal area where I was super tense. I also loved the warmth of the moxa... so nice and comforting!”
